Question: Who owns the website upon completion of the project?

Answer: Once all fees are paid, the website is turned over to you completely. AJs Web Solutions gives up all rights to use any of your company's materials within and the design is yours. We do however, ask that we are allowed to link to your site for AJs Web Solutions promotion of our designed sites.

Question: What is the Design Procedures?

Answer:  Get in touch with us and let us know you would like to employ our service for designing you website. We will talk about a price, design contact and a deposit payment. I require 50% of the estimated price. I say estimated because once a site is started you might want to add extra things, like a shopping cart,  or extra pages. The deposit can be paid by money order, check or credit card at Paypal.com. We will upload your website to a temporary location for you to inspect. We will then go over any changes/modifications that your site needs. Once your website is completed and you approve the design work, We will submit to you the final bill in writing in the final amount we quoted you, plus any additional charges that you have approved. Your site will not be uploaded to your domain until all final billing invoices have been paid.

Question: How can I speed the development of my site?

Answer: First, browse the web for your competition and companies that have websites you like. This initial research helps us see what you like and helps me achieve a design that fits your concept. Also, have all materials to me in a timely manner will reduce unnecessary delays.

Question: Do you design Logos?

Answer: Yes, we can design you a logo for your current website or a site we have build for you. If you only need a logo I require 50% deposit before I start. We will upload it to a temporary location for you to review and approve.

Question: Can I keep my existing domain name if I decide to host with you?

Answer: Yes. You would just have to go to your domain registry's website to request a DNS change. There is no charge for transferring domain names by either domain registries or us.

 Do you register domain names?

Answer: Yes. I register .com, .net, .org, .biz, .info, and .us  domain names with AJs Web Hosting when you sign up for my maintenance plan and hosting.

Question: Do I have to register my domain name with you in order to host it with AJs Web Hosting?

Answer: No. You can register your domain with any registrar you wish, and still host with AJs Web Hosting.

Question: What type of content can I place on my website designed by you?

Answer: We do not restrict the content of our customers' websites as long as it does not violate any laws. You are responsible for your content.

Question: Who owns the content of my website?

Answer: You do. We do not claim any copyright or ownership of your website.
